How long is the tour?
It is a full-day trip of about 11 hours. Departure from Medellín is between 6:50 and 8:00 am, depending on the meeting point, and you arrive back around 6:00 pm.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour. If you cancel later or do not show up, 50% of the price is charged. If we have to cancel, we reschedule or cancel with no penalty.
Which days does the tour run?
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday to Sunday, and public holidays.
Why are there no departures on Wednesdays?
Because the Juan del Corral Museum is closed to the public that day, and the museum visit is part of the tour.
What language is the tour in?
The tour is guided in Spanish only.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No. You book with no deposit and pay when we pick you up on the day of the tour.

You can book up to 24 hours ahead, but we recommend booking earlier because spots fill up fast.

How much do children pay?
- Ages 0 to 3: COP 10,000 (travel insurance). They ride on an adult’s lap, and their expenses are covered by the accompanying adults.
- Ages 4 to 7: COP 99,000, all inclusive.
- Ages 8 and up: COP 129,000, full rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Cash in Colombian pesos or US dollars (at the day’s exchange rate). USD prices aren’t fixed, so ask your advisor for today’s rate.
- Credit or debit card, with a 5% surcharge (COP 135,450 per person).
- Bank transfer to a Bancolombia account, only from Bancolombia accounts. We don’t accept Nequi, Daviplata or Transfiya.
Do I need to bring my physical passport?
No. A photo of your passport or ID is enough.
What should I bring?
- Comfortable clothes: jeans, a T-shirt and sneakers.
- Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat: temperatures are around 28 °C.
- A jacket and an umbrella, because the weather can change.
- Cash in pesos: some shops charge about 5% for card payments.
- A cell phone with active WhatsApp to stay in touch with the guide.
Arrive 10 minutes before your pickup time and avoid bringing jewelry or valuables.
Are pets allowed?
No. Company policy does not allow pets on the tour.
